What I have been up to
I love to building responsive websites, custom software solutions and I have a background in graphic design. I keep busy in the industry and constantly expand my skill set. Here is a selection of some recent work.
Quincy Recycle
Stack: LAMP and WordPress
Quincy needed a complete website overhaul of their 15 year old site as well as new functionality. My role was to generate a theme based off a design that my team and I had designed, build the theme, and to implement new functionality. A lot of the development was done on the back end where my expertise with PHP was crucial in completion of the project.
Schwartz for Supervisor
Stack: LAMP and WordPress
Mr. Schwartz contacted me to build a website for his re-election bid for the Blackhawk county Supervisor. The site was built from the ground up. I had 5 days to complete the site. With the tight deadline, it helped me focus to deliver a quality product.
Leverage Talent
Stack: LAMP
This project was for an internal customer. I was contacted for technical help. Scripts and software development was needed to complete the project.
Pepper Joe's
Shopify Theme Development / UI
I was contacted by Pepper Joe's to develop a new Shopify theme. There was a lot of back end customization but the deadline was met and the end product was very high quality.
Greiner Buildings
Stack: LAMP and WordPress
This project required me to be a full stack developer. Theme customization, UI design, PHP back end work, DNS, Hosting, mock-ups. I was involved in every phase of this project.
Clean Laundry
Stack: XAMPP
I worked on a new WordPress theme for cleanlaundry.com. The client needed a custom solution to integrate all of the franchises into one site with a personalized experience depending on location.
Clean Laundry Portal
Stack: XAMPP
After Completing the Clean Laundry website another site was created for all store managers and store licensees. Through this supplemental site all aspects of a store could be managed (book keeping, pay roll, etc.)
